The tent was expensive, and we picked it hoping for nature and a pool. The “nature” was just the backyard, and the pool was dirty and unusable. We weren't allowed to sit on the terrace unless we were eating. The woman even came to check our accommodation and warn us not to smoke while my child and I were outside, though neither of us smokes. When we asked for hot water, it came in an unwashed coffee pot with coffee traces and a coffee smell. They charged €5.80 for two cups of brown water and wanted payment immediately, not at checkout. The food, location, staff, and facilities didn't match the description. From the start, the couple running the place seemed arrogant and unfriendly. Maybe they treat foreign guests this way, but I could go on. The pictures can speak for themselves. If you still stay there, the packaged breakfast food is probably the safer choice. I definitely won't return. In reply to the two people who call themselves staff, the man and his wife: customers deserve respect if you want them to stay longer than one night or come back. Your response is a joke. I said from the beginning I wouldn't return or recommend your so-called hotel on my travel blog. The pool sand couldn't have come from guests because nobody used it, and the photo was taken in the morning. There wasn't even a cleaning tool there. We didn't use coffee, and we told the man that morning that neither my child nor I drink it, so he knew the pot we received had coffee traces. Saying otherwise is just an excuse for serving water from dirty equipment and charging us for it. We left the room clean and packed the linen. The claim that we left dirt behind is another lie, and it's a shame you act this way when your business is involved. The spiders in the bathroom, the heavily used, dirty and broken items, and the cracked plaster falling off the walls were all there when we arrived. A few things for you to do: stop making up stories in your replies about coffee we never had, dirt we didn't leave, drinks we never ordered, or conversations with an invisible team. There were only two people there, a grumpy old man and his wife, and they mistreated us from the start. Treat customers with respect instead of looking for excuses to rip them off. Clean the bathroom, repair and paint the walls, and get rid of the spiders. Don't advertise a pool that is dirty, unusable, and off limits to guests. Clean it and invite people to use it with a smile. After charging €80 for a night in a tent, the least you could do is be hospitable, rather than ask for another €6 for dirty boiled water. Clean the yard too if you're charging people to stay there. I hadn't even mentioned the oppressive atmosphere or flies crawling over all the food, but your reply called for more detail. After this experience, one night was more than enough for me. Maybe losing more customers will finally lead to better conditions.

The owners, a family, were unfriendly and made even basic questions about included facilities difficult to ask. There were extra charges to watch out for, and they seemed bothered by customer requests. Some facilities, especially the bathroom and pool, need cleaning and repairs before they can be used properly and safely. For the price, the quality doesn't add up. I sincerely wouldn't recommend this place, especially for a holiday.

Fine for a single night. The room was small, and there was no private bathroom. Breakfast was decent.
