Breakfast was simple but done so well, with high-quality local ingredients even in the most basic dishes. I especially loved the huge range of teas. The care in the details made the whole stay feel warm and welcoming, and really showed off local produce. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others. The service was impeccable, and check-in went smoothly. Our room was spotless and seemed freshly renovated. They even provided amenities and slippers, which you don't often find in hotels these days. The hotel is within walking distance of Chiemsee, making it a calm and comfortable base. There are a few guest parking spaces on the grounds. The lobby has a slightly old-fashioned feel but is very well kept, with a small bar tucked in the corner. I liked the display cases featuring local goods and information about nearby shops, a thoughtful way to support the community. One slightly strange detail: there was shampoo in the shower but no shower gel 😂. That didn't bother me since I bring my own, and it's still better than those all-in-one shampoo and body wash products. I noticed they're building something new, maybe an expansion, but don't let that put you off. I'm a very light sleeper and couldn't hear a thing from either the room or the restaurant.

We got the last room on 16 July, a suite with a great balcony. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, and breakfast was too. Everyone was super friendly. I'd love to return, explore more, and enjoy the spa. Amazing!

We came across Garden Hotel Reinhart while passing through, and its excellent spot by the lake stood out. The place is well maintained, with lovely rooms and a good wellness area, so it's easy to feel comfortable there. The staff are highly trained, and the chef knows his craft. Breakfast was exceptional too. It has more than earned its classification and is definitely worth a visit.

We rented the hotel's electric bikes and rode the trails around the lake. The gardens are beautiful to relax in, and the location is great. It's a really nice hotel with excellent service. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast in the cosy, romantic Wintergarten was a treat, with a grand selection of cold cuts and fruit, Bavarian cuisine surprises, and fresh pastries and cakes. The staff were great and took care of every little issue. The room had shampoo from L'occitane, a bowl of fruit to welcome us, plus slippers and a robe for an afternoon or evening swim in the pool or time in the sauna, both included in the price. And don't forget the friendly buddy who greets you whenever he gets the chance 🦮
