The room cleaning wasn’t very good, and the dry cleaning was worse: my clothes came back poorly cleaned, the ironing was bad, and it took longer than expected. I raised it at reception, but the woman there didn’t seem to pay any attention and just said I could write a complaint. It felt like nothing had been done. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

For a work trip, the location was spot on and the rooms were clean. The staff at Ramada by Wyndham Duesseldorf Ratingen were welcoming and professional too. I had a very positive stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling for business.

We came as a family and were assigned to the smaller of the hotel’s two buildings, across the road. There was a big hall underneath it, where a party was going on. The music and people woke us at 6:00 AM, and we couldn’t get back to sleep. It was a terrible stay.
