Clean and modern, with an excellent location. A very nice place to stay, and everything was straightforward.

We've stayed in Apartment 3 five times now and have always been happy, with both the previous owners and the new ones. The renovation and new furnishings have made it cozier and more comfortable, and everything is clean and tidy. We met the new owners during the work, and they're always available if we have questions or a problem. The one snag is the on-site service provider, who can be very disorganized, or, as another reviewer put it, “very vague!” I'm sure the owners will get it sorted. We'll definitely be back! 🤗

We'd gladly stay here again. We were two people in January 2025, and the hostess was there when we left; we had a pleasant conversation about everything. The house opened in 2024 and has eight modern apartments furnished to a high standard. It had everything we needed, and the beach, harbor, restaurants, supermarket and other places are all an easy walk away. Parking is in the nearby spa park garage for €18 a day. You can load and unload at the house when arriving or leaving, but parking rules matter since enforcement officers are often around. The host's property management cost a star. We booked six days ahead and paid the invoice as soon as it arrived, but the same bill came again the next day with an urgent payment request. Then we got a revised invoice for just the final cleaning, again warning that we couldn't arrive unless we paid immediately. The spa cards were included and meant to arrive by email as PDFs three days before check-in. I had to remind them a day before we arrived. A misspelling in the email address had kept them from arriving. One card came eventually, but the second didn't arrive until we were leaving, after three nights. The advertised 24/7 service wasn't available. Their work felt very vague, and it even left us wondering if something was wrong.

We were appalled to discover that the key fobs had AirTags, with no proper notice. A stalking alert on my phone is how we found out. The owner can use them to locate guests continuously, and could potentially tell from a phone whether someone is in, at the beach or out dining. Finding a lost key seems like a disproportionate reason for that level of tracking. Apparently others had complained before, but nothing changed. Unbelievable. The apartment details and some photos were also inaccurate or misleading. There was no backyard-facing balcony as described. There was a terrace, but it could only be reached through the shared hallway and wasn't private, if it was accessible at all. The listing didn't say this. The bright patio door in the photos wasn't part of our apartment, either. It was much darker inside, with every window facing a dull wall of the neighboring building just 3 meters away. You could see the sky or courtyard only by looking straight out. The photos were cleverly framed to create a very different impression. Partly used drinks were left on the patio until we left. The place was otherwise modern, relatively new, mostly clean and very well located, but there wasn't even bike parking. The owner showed no understanding, apology or offer of compensation, and we were very disappointed. We can't recommend the accommodation. Other guests apparently had issues with the tracking too, and other apartments may be described more accurately, which could explain the mixed reviews. To me, it still feels risky. About the owner's response: it seems they still don't see things from a guest's perspective. Check the incorrect Booking.com details for yourself. The AirTag notice is buried in one of seven pre-booking emails, inside a lengthy PDF attached within the email text. It doesn't clearly explain what an AirTag is or what it can do. Hiding a term like that to justify a potentially enormous intrusion on guests' privacy raises suspicion. I find the lack of understanding baffling. It puts guests in an uncomfortable position.
