Hotel Herrnschloesschen

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean. It looked a little dated, but that gave the hotel a warm, historic feel. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place with character.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a five-course Michelin-starred meal cooked by Sascha and served by Filip. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend both the restaurant and hotel. The location is excellent, just steps from the center square, and the building has plenty of history and charm. Filip welcomed us when we arrived and helped us out; the rest of the staff we met were just as pleasant. Prost!

The room was lovely, and we paid a small extra amount to move to one in a better spot with a cost room. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but Cerzig suggested somewhere and we were glad we followed the recommendation. I only wish we'd stayed longer. Cerzig looked after us from the moment we arrived, with a welcome drink and help with our luggage. He also arranged a room upgrade, brought mini-fridge drinks, and helped with breakfast. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Even when we weren't feeling well, he offered us drinks or chocolates. The service was wonderful. Thanks again for all your help!

The staff were genuinely helpful, and checking in was quick and easy. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the whole stay felt like a 10. We only booked one night and wished we'd had longer. Our senior suite had lots of space and charm, with a great bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal, near everything but quiet enough to relax. The service felt Four Seasons quality.
