For families, there's a great youth centre on the hill beside the hotel, with two huge tyre slides, a playground, and other facilities. It has a lovely venue serving hot dogs, other food, and drinks, though it seems to open mostly during local school holidays. Our two rooms, one with a balcony and one junior suite, were spotless and traditionally furnished. The gardens and outdoor pool are beautifully kept, and the hotel is ideally placed for walking and cycling, with the station only a five-minute walk away. The staff were wonderful, friendly, kind, and so helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The stay exceeded all expectations. We'd highly recommend Parkhotel Flora and hope to return someday.

The suite was huge, warm, and cozy, more like an apartment, with lovely decor and a great balcony. We could walk to the lake in about 15 minutes. Both pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its forest view, and the gardens are full of greenery and beautiful flowers. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were easy to reach through Booking.com and spoke English and French very well, as well as German. When my mother felt ill after our road trip and couldn't come to dinner, they were very accommodating with room service. At the time we visited, on a long weekend in June, breakfast ran from 7h30-10h30, cake and coffee were served from 14h30-16h30, and dinner was from 18h00-20h00. The hotel is beautiful, just like the rest of the Black Forest. We'd definitely come back. Gorgeous!

I think this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The location, rooms, and service were all great. The food is mostly German-European, but there are always good à la carte options too. It's family-owned, and the staff provide excellent service. Had a very happy weekend. Thanks, Flora park Hotel!

We spent a week there, and it was the best holiday I've had in a long time. The staff were so friendly and attentive to details, and the food was the best ever. Lovely nature, a clean place, and a nice pool.

The owner's daughter gave us a great introduction to our flat at the back of the hotel. It's a wonderful hotel in the southern Black Forest, and I'd definitely stay here again if I could.
