The views of the mountains from my room made the little hill at the end of each cycling trip well worth the effort. As a cyclist, I did find that climb tough. The location between Berchtesgaden and Königsee was perfect, and the area is calm, a lovely place to just be and enjoy nature. My single room had plenty of space, and the price seemed quite reasonable for the region. Breakfast was great, with lots of sweet and savory options and eggs made in your favorite style. There’s also a three-course dinner option if you don’t feel like going out in the evening. That was delicious too.

The owners were really friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time there a lot. The hotel was comfortable, with beautiful views from our room and the veranda. Our stay was nice, just too short. I’m already looking forward to coming back, maybe in summer. The garden looks tempting, and I think it would be great to spend time in.

The owner was really friendly, and the room was very clean. From the balcony, we had amazing views of the Watzmann mountain. Breakfast was part buffet, part served, and just the right amount. Really nice! It’s a lovely family-run hotel in a quiet area, about a 5-minute drive from the train station. Great for a relaxing weekend, with plenty to do for everyone, including hiking, Watzmann Thermal, Salt mine tour, and biking. We’ll definitely be back!

We had fabulous views from our balcony, and breakfast was great. The rooms were lovely, well appointed, super clean, and comfortable. The only disappointment was that evening meals weren’t available since we came out of season.
