The place is spotlessly clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic, peaceful location where you can really switch off. The landlords are wonderful, friendly, and helpful, and they make you feel at home straight away. I’d happily recommend the house and Mr. and Mrs. Hahn to anyone.
The garden is a lovely finishing touch, and the apartment sits peacefully among green, flowering meadows, a little away from the usual bustle. It’s still easy to walk to a bakery, butcher, and a very nice inn, while the large REWE supermarket, DM drugstore, and Intersport at the Berchtesgaden roundabout are only a 5-minute drive. Schönau is already a great base for hikes and other activities around Berchtesgaden, and this place is ideally located for them too. We’ve stayed here twice, in both apartments, the upper one last time and the lower one this time. Both were spotless and had everything we needed. The owners are lovely and welcoming, always ready to help, and we felt at home right away. When we visit the Berchtesgaden region again, we’ll stay here. Such an idyllic hidden gem. Thank you, Hahn family ❤️
The owners are very attentive, and the house is in a great spot. The apartment feels cozy and is clean, though it isn’t especially modern.
Lovely apartments in a great location, with a friendly host family.
A lovely place to stay, and the hosts are just as nice.
