The dishes were the highlight of our spontaneous lunch. We ordered bread, which you really should get, along with oysters, salad, fish soup, tatar and Schitzel. Everything was top notch. The Uhle Sparkling Wine was delicious too, so we took a few bottles home. We had three kids with us, and although this didn't look like an obvious family restaurant at first, everyone made us feel welcome and treated the kids kindly. The red-haired lady who served us really knows what good service means, and hats off to the talented chef. I'd recommend it to our foodie friends. I can hardly imagine finding a better restaurant in Schwerin, so I'd skip trying somewhere else. Hope we can come back one day!

We wish we could enjoy these refined dishes more often. The food at WEINHANDLUNG & BISTRO "GEORGE" is outstanding, and the menu is amazing as ever. The wine list is just as impressive. Mrs. Frymark, thank you for such warm hospitality. We'll be back as soon as we can. 🥄🥄🥄🥄🥄

From the bread through to dessert, each course felt carefully thought out and paced just right. We loved the balanced food and the little details, along with an elegant, peaceful atmosphere that still felt relaxed. The service was warm, professional, and welcoming. A special place in Schwerin. We'd gladly return.

Dinner at Weinbistro George, right in the hotel, made for a lovely evening. The service was excellent, and I'd happily stay here again. It's a top notch hotel in a great Schwerin location, with spacious, nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds.
