I canceled the booking because it turned into too much hassle. Two weeks before my stay, the hotel sent several emails asking me to fill something out within six hours or risk losing the room. Before that, they had repeatedly tried to upsell me to a different room after I booked through a third-party site. I don't need that kind of drama.

A good spot for an overnight stay, with comfortable, clean beds and rooms that are a decent size. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty to choose from. It's also conveniently near Heide park, Serengeti Safari, Designers Outlet and Panzermuseum.

A cosy place to stop for the night. Breakfast had lots of options and was very nice, and the owner was kind and helpful. It's family-run.

Right in the heart of Soltau, Germany, this is a peaceful, very clean little hotel with good amenities. The owners made us feel welcome and were really friendly. It works for families with young kids too, and I'd happily stay again. Would recommend it.

Even with plenty of guests around, the hotel stayed quiet and had a peaceful feel. My room was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed staying here.
