This place seems to cater to school classes and other groups, and it didn't feel welcoming to solo travelers or small parties. I was refused services, including breakfast that I'd paid for. When I asked the property about it, they said they'd change their website, but I still didn't receive what I'd paid for. While I was trying to eat, I was interrupted abruptly, and the cleaning lady yelled very loudly at me when I'd just woken up and wanted breakfast. I ended up without breakfast and felt my day was already ruined. They didn't care and kept the money anyway. They later gave me 7 euros back for breakfast, but I had to leave my room early and didn't get a proper shower or anything. It was also really noisy, and I found the area horrible. Don't stay there!

I’ll definitely come back. The place is clean and easy to reach, not too far from Bad Cannstatt Bahnhof. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always smiling and speaking politely regardless of your race. I fell in love with the breakfast buffet. Thanks 😊

We were in room 312 on a class trip. It was large, and so was the bathroom, which was also suitable for wheelchair users. There’s an elevator as well. Breakfast was good, but dinner usually wasn’t very good and didn’t offer much for vegetarians. They did have cold water. Wi-Fi only worked at reception, not in the rooms, and reception often had no staff member there. The location was pretty good, with lots of shops and train stations nearby. Acceptable overall, but it could have been better.

The rooms are fine for a hostel and the bed is decent, though I’d definitely want an extra pillow. Breakfast had excellent variety and tasted great. A good place to stay, as long as you don’t expect a five-star hotel.

A tidy, compact place with friendly staff and a really good breakfast. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the train station is just two minutes away. A good choice for a visit to Stuttgart.
