Best hotel staff I've ever come across! They're always happy to help, chat, and make the stay fun. Jose and Ameer were especially helpful, giving us local suggestions and showing us how to get around the city. They deserve a promotion or a raise right away. This is the most amazing place I've stayed, and I travel all over.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is central, and breakfast had a good range, including vegetarian and non-lactose choices. But for what we paid, the tiny room and lack of basics were appalling. There was no kettle, coffee sachets, cups or cutlery, ironing, shelves or wardrobe, or even a toothbrush, just a bed and towels. At checkout they told me there were shared ironing facilities and a kettle, but that should have been explained at check-in. The room was dusty, and I saw an insect on the bed, so I couldn't sleep peacefully. A blocked sink meant they moved me to another room the next day, and I had to pack, move, and unpack at 5am. Thankfully there were no insects in the new room. You have to register to get daily cleaning; otherwise it doesn't happen. Reception said insects can fly in when cleaners leave windows open for ventilation. The heater was always on, with no way to control the temperature.

A relaxed, social place to stay, with cozy spots to hang out in the lobby. Moxy Stuttgart has a fun, youthful feel without getting loud, and makes an easy, comfortable base for travelers who like a casual stay.

We were a team of four working mostly from the hotel lobby, and we felt completely welcome. The vibe was great, the pizzas were awesome, and the staff were super friendly. Thanks for the great service, Teresa and Larissa!
