We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, and breakfast service was friendly. Our children even got a small sweet gift. The hotel is right beside a public transport stop, and we appreciated the 24-hour parking, which cost €17. We had a very pleasant one-night stay. The staff were kind and helpful with a complicated reservation, especially Andrea at reception, who was lovely and supportive.

We were there for just one night, but I think we'd use the hotel again. It's easy to reach by car, with a tram stop right beside it. The staff were great, friendly, and spoke several languages. Breakfast had a good range of options, though I can't say whether they change day to day after just one morning. Our room was clean and had most of what we needed. I'd suggest repainting the rooms so the walls look presentable. A room booked for more than one person should have at least two chairs.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the location was okay. But if you want housekeeping or even clean towels, you have to tell reception. Parking isn't included and costs 17€ a day, which is 🤯. The staff weren't helpful at all. On vacation, you shouldn't have to think about these things. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed one night in a family room, and for the price it was a steal. It was spacious, modern, and felt upmarket. The whole hotel was spotless, including the basement parking. The three elevators were fast, with little to no wait, and overnight parking was 16 euros. Staff were friendly, and the bar stayed open until midnight. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I'd definitely come back if I'm in stuttgart again.
