I was here on a business trip, and the spacious, quiet room suited me very well. The setting was peaceful, yet the hotel is well connected to central Stuttgart. It feels elegant without being pretentious, and dinner at the restaurant was a genuinely pleasant food experience, with very tasty dishes. A comfortable and professional place to stay.

The hotel itself was good, both the facilities and the location. But the management and staff charged us for 10 nights when we had stayed 6, then refused to refund the extra amount. We had spent the previous five weeks traveling around Germany, staying in over 10 hotels in the big cities and enjoying the trip. This was the only place where something like this happened, and the way management handled it was disturbing and disgusting.

The grounds were so peaceful that my Fitbit gave me an 86 sleep score and a 100 (!) for daily readiness, which has never happened before. The rooms are small, sure, but thoughtfully laid out and well equipped, a perfect place to land. It was clean, with nice touches everywhere, and the staff were professional throughout. What a gem.

Christoph Truckses, the Front Office Manager, deserves a special mention for going out of his way to arrange lunch for me at the bar, even though it was closed. That let me keep reading my book in peace. Maria Gabriel was also so kind, sympathetic, and efficient. She kept my needs and schedule in mind and made me feel completely at ease about the room cleaning. Great job and customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
