The staff were very kind, and the neighborhood is calm and close to Cannstadt centre. The room, though, was run down, basic, and kind of dirty, like the rest of the building. I found it a little amusing, almost like a film set, but there's no comfort here. Builders book it because the price is low.

An absolute nightmare. There was no hot water, the room smelled bad, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month, maybe even years. I couldn't tell if the blankets were fresh. The elevator was broken. This hotel should close immediately. Stay away.

Stay away from this Wiesbadener Hof. A couple were arguing and smoking in the corridor, and the atmosphere felt unsafe. Our room was open, the equipment was broken, and so were the handle and WC. The bed was dirty. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We asked booking.com for a refund, and I hope it will be accounted for.

We stayed from October 7th to October 9th, 2025, but the experience was very disappointing. The first night, the bed was dirty and we found bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep properly. Because of this, I chose not to stay the second night and asked for a refund for one night. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves cleanliness and hygiene for future guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless these problems are resolved.

I woke up because of bed bugs. The worst experience of my life. Never book this place.
