We couldn't walk to the city centre, but could drive there or catch the bus from a stop just 20 metres from the hotel. It's about a 15-minute ride to Porta Nigra. The restaurant inside the hotel was really delicious, and I'd recommend booking dinner there. We only stayed one night, but the traditional German style felt both attractive and luxurious. Our room was large and really clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The pool was a nice amenity too. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

The decor and rooms were designed to a really high standard, and breakfast was top quality too. Best hotel we've stayed at, highly recommended.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the restaurant was cosy. We had an excellent dinner there, and breakfast was outstanding, with lots of variety and great quality. I'd read other reviews before coming and found they were right about the hotel's charm and warmth. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when I needed somewhere to work after checking out, they set me up. Hope to come back!!!

The food was outstanding, especially the steak, one of the best I've ever had, and I've eaten quite a few. Rooms were clean, the staff incredibly welcoming, and the whole place had a warm, friendly vibe. Highly recommended!
