The attached restaurant serves authentic German dishes as well as American-style food, and the pool was a nice extra when travelling with kids. We stayed as a family of three in the family room, and it worked really well. Everyone had their own little spot to relax and wind down. A cozy, welcoming place in the heart of the city.

Service was consistently fantastic and friendly, and breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection. The rooms are extremely small, so larger people should keep that in mind. Parking is difficult. You can only reach the hotel via side streets and even cobbled pedestrian areas, and the garage has limited space.

A lovely hotel right in central Ulm. The rooms have been freshly renovated, the beds are comfortable, and both breakfast and the sauna were great.

The attached Bavarian restaurant is very authentic and the food is really good. The location is great if you want to park the car and explore town on foot. The hotel garage is tight, but staff will help you park. The rooms aren't especially big, bed-wise, but a bed is a bed.

We had three rooms, two family rooms and one 3-bedroom. They were all clean, though the family rooms on the first and second floors felt a bit more comfortable overall. The sauna was nice and hot, over 80 Celsius, and there was a small swimming pool. Breakfast was really good too. I think the hotel offers very good value for the price.
