The room was clean, comfortable, and a good price, but the check-in failure left us frustrated. There was no key in the outside keybox when we arrived, so the self-service process turned into a hassle. We had to call for the box code, then wait two hours for someone to drive to the hotel with the key. I rang three times to find out what was happening, and the helpline staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

A really amazing place, especially if you're lucky enough to get apartment Nr.1. Parking was no problem, and the rooms looked fresh and nice. Breakfast served in the apartment or on the terrace was amazing. Thanks for the service. I'll definitely come again.

The receptionist at Regio Hotel didn't speak English. Instead of calling Regio Hotel's customer service line, where there are English-speaking agents, he started yelling and slamming things. I explained what had happened to the corporate office, and the woman there just laughed. Apparently, the company buys distressed properties and runs them cheaply. Hospitality doesn't seem to be what they're aiming for.
