Hotel Bella Grande

The front desk and restaurant staff were kind, and the hotel looks high-end, but the stay felt more like a two-star experience. Housekeeping barely cleaned: dirt and used paper cups were still there from check-in through checkout. There were no room amenities at all, not even coffee, tea, water, or slippers. It has a new, attractive design, a good location, and good restaurants inside. I chose this local, cool-looking place over a Marriott or NH collection at the same price, and honestly regret it. I won't come again.

Both nights were rough because it sounded like furniture was being moved next door, and the noise continued until around 1 a.m. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. There were thoughtful touches like lotions and an ice bucket, and the facilities were great. This place would be perfect if it weren't so noisy.

The location made it easy to explore Copenhagen while still feeling calm and tucked away. We had dinner at Restaurant Donna, where the food was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the service was outstanding. Our two-night stay at Hotel Bella Grande was unforgettable. I was proposing to my girlfriend, so we booked the balcony suite. Edita and her team made the setup beautiful and helped the surprise go smoothly, with thoughtfulness, organization, and real care. That made a special moment even more memorable. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily return for another occasion or just to experience the hospitality again.

The buffet breakfast had lovely eggs, fruit, pastries, and coffee, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was cute and cozy. It's two minutes from the nearest metro station, which makes it a handy base for exploring Copenhagen. We had a 10/10 stay!
