The manager dealt with a heating problem right away. Our room was blowing cold air, so they moved us to another one immediately. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and our room was spotless with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was good, with tasty pastries, and the dining area felt cozy and relaxing. The ping-pong table was a perfect addition. We were very satisfied and would definitely return to Moxy.

The newer room was small for two people staying a week, and the view was poor. Our stuff ended up all over the place and in the walking paths, so cleaning didn't get to much. The shower temperature kept changing, and Chromecast struggled to work. Staff were friendly. We had brought a bottle of wine and wished we could drink it in the common area, but were told we couldn't. They were still helpful and nice about opening it for us.

We stayed three nights around Christmas at Moxy Sydhavnen and had a very pleasant visit. The S-tog nearby made it quick to get into the city. Breakfast had a great spread of pastries, muesli, pancakes, eggs and sausages, as well as tea, coffee and juices. The room and hotel were really clean, and the staff were very friendly. Great value for the price.

The hotel has a lot going for it: a game zone, fitness area, photo booth, umbrellas, and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available all day. Breakfast was okay, and the staff and atmosphere were nice. It was clean, too. Getting around was easy, with buses and direct connections nearby. Sydhavn station is about 300 metres away, and Copenhagen main station is roughly 10 minutes from there. Tourist spots weren't far either.

We loved the breakfasts and the modern design, especially the lobby with its bar and loads of board games. Moxy made our stay comfortable, and the staff congratulated us on both my birthday and another special anniversary, with nice surprises left in our room. The hotel is probably the best option in its price range. One thing to fix: the game console wasn't working, for some reason. Thanks, Moxy! 😍
