Villa Coco Mar

We had 30 people at Villa Coco Mar, and there was still plenty of space for everyone to spread out, enjoy the shared areas, or have some downtime. The beautiful beachfront home had lovely rooms, great common spaces, and all the amenities we could have wanted. It was clearly set up for comfort and group stays. Juanita, the chef, was a star. Every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and made with care. She did Dominican specialties and whatever else we asked for. We’re still talking about her cooking. Juan, the house manager, was attentive and professional, and made sure things ran smoothly. Marlania behind the bar made the trip a 10 out of 10, with delicious drinks and such a fun personality. We also enjoyed meeting Dean, the owner, who was warm and welcoming and clearly takes pride in the villa and the guest experience. From the moment we arrived, the property’s beauty and attention to detail stood out. This was one of the best group trips we’ve ever had, and I’m already planning to come back.

Juana and Daniella kept the kitchen going, and every meal was delicious. Our guests gave them a standing ovation. Ask for the female bartender, and try the authentic Dominican food and juice. Juan, the manager, helped with everything we needed, and Julio and Paul were really cool and helpful. I had my wedding ceremony here with 23 guests, and everything was amazing. We’ll definitely be back for our fifth anniversary. Thanks, Dean!

Juan and the staff were so kind and easy to be around, and helped with whatever we asked. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Juan checked in now and then and helped arrange trips to local attractions. We stayed a week with a big family group of 26, including young kids, and everything was perfect. The grounds were immaculate, rooms clean, bathrooms large, and the AC worked very well. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. We kept noticing little touches that made the stay special.
