Excellence Punta Cana - Adults Only All Inclusive

We were celebrating our 26th anniversary, and the team at Excellence Punta Cana made us feel so appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing, just right for a romantic getaway. The activity team and waiters were full of positive energy and always friendly and attentive. Miguel and Cherylin kept the activities fun, while Luis, the entertainment supervisor, did a great job leading the team and making sure people were enjoying themselves. Luis the waiter also gave us excellent, attentive service. Damarys was hands down the best waitress, so warm and caring, and she went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. Altagracia was wonderful too, always welcoming and attentive. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana.

The staff were the best part of this trip. Cherelyn and party boy kept us involved in activities and made sure we were having a great time. Everyone was lovely, and I hope I get to come back someday. There was plenty to enjoy too: a beautiful beach where we swam many days, lovely views, clean and huge pool, places to lounge, and lots of bars to pick from. Everything about the experience was awesome!

The pool area was great, drinks were easy to get and really good, and the beach was clean and easy to reach. The resort grounds looked beautiful and were kept up so well. I was traveling solo, in my mid-30s, and felt safe and welcome the whole time. I had a blast on my first adults-only all-inclusive trip. The water right in front of the resort was very rough. Someone suggested walking to the right of the resort for much calmer water. There also weren’t enough beach or pool chairs for the number of guests, and people were claiming them at 6:30am. Food was hit and miss: sometimes great, sometimes just ehhh. Nothing terrible, and there were plenty of options, but nothing to write home about. Rooms were very spacious and staff were friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Rieson and Juan Carlos made my girlfriend and me feel cared for every single day, with their humor, energy, and attention. They went way beyond what we expected. I hope their manager sees this, because they’re a big part of what makes Excellence Punta Cana special. The rest of the staff were kind, upbeat, and seemed genuinely happy to be there too. Food was consistently very good, and service across the resort was outstanding. We never felt crowded, waited for a table, or had to stand around for a drink. Everything was relaxed and smooth, just what you want from an all-inclusive. The resort exceeded our expectations, and the staff are what set it apart.
