The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, check-in went smoothly, and the bedding was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Those were the bright spots. My room otherwise felt neglected. The wooden floor was badly installed and uneven, which made the space feel cheap. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and water was leaking from the ceiling. Management put a bucket in the middle of the floor to catch it instead of fixing the leak or moving me to another room. Then at 9:00 AM, heavy drilling from next door woke me up. Nobody had warned me about major construction during my stay. Between the leak and the noise, relaxing was impossible. The property seems to be in disrepair, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A big thank you to Sales Manager Maria Sadeg! She was supportive and cooperative with all our requests, including the last-minute ones for a very high-level workshop. The food was delicious, and I liked the hotel's services, starting with the extremely helpful reception team. There's a lot of good energy here. I'll definitely come back to hold more workshops.

Lunch was just two salads, with nothing else on the menu, and dinner didn't start until 7 PM. It was buffet-only, with no menu to order from. My room was 81F even though the temperature outside was over 80F, and there was no air conditioning. I was told the system was set to heat only. If you're coming in spring, you may want to pick another hotel with heating and cooling that can respond to the temperature. I would have checked out if I hadn't been here with a group. I think another option would be a good choice.

The location is very convenient and accessible, and the room service was attentive. The receptionists were responsive and helpful too, which made the service feel good and acceptable. The rooms are fairly average for comfort and on the small side. Breakfast is acceptable, but the choices are limited and hardly change from day to day. It does the basic job, though more variety would improve the stay. Decent for the location and service, with room to improve both the room size and breakfast.
