They charged me another $700 after I used my overseas card, then told me days later that it was for international transactions. I asked to cancel it and pay cash instead, but they refused. I’d already paid an unbelievable $500 for a single night. This place isn’t respectable and seems willing to take advantage of guests. I won’t recommend it again.

We had a lovely family holiday at Az hotels. Thanks to the team, and I hope you keep being as great as you are.

There’s literally nothing to do here, and the food was bad. The pools were just mediocre, too, while the music was so loud and wild that we could hear it from bed. We paid 1000 euro for three nights and even got plastic spoons. The price compared with what you get is crazier than anything I’ve seen.

I paid over 1000 euro for three nights and came away really disappointed. The hotel doesn’t seem to care about its guests. At 11pm the music was VERY loud, and even when we complained, they wouldn’t turn it down.

There are plenty of halls, venues, and meeting rooms, so it works well for conferences and business gatherings. The buffet at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, as was the meal service at events. The hotel smells really nice and has a good pool, a spa, and other services. Rooms are on the small side, though, more like a good three-star hotel. It’s 700 meters from the beach and around 1.5 from the nearest grocery.
