The location was the one real plus: right in the city center, with the tram just a couple of steps away. But our seven-night stay was rough. The room was poorly kept, the TV never worked even after we complained, there were leaks, and sometimes the bathroom had no hot water. Breakfast was awful, and the receptionists never smiled, making us feel unwelcome. For the same price, you may find somewhere better. I don't recommend it.

We were impressed by how accommodating the team was, especially when they let me check in early. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and housekeeping kept our spacious room clean and in good shape, with toiletries replenished regularly. Hotel Les Ambassadeurs is right in central Oran, near Fort Santa Cruz and the lively markets La Bastille and Medina Djidida. Breakfast had fresh croissants, fruit, cold meats, and cheeses, and everything tasted fresh. A really comfortable stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Oran.

We slept really well each night, then started the day with a fresh, tasty breakfast. The hotel is beautifully furnished, the service was excellent and friendly, and there was plenty of parking. It's fairly central in Oran and close to both markets. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel doesn't have a pool or alcoholic drinks, which is why I'd give it four stars. Still, the service was very good, and the staff were helpful and flexible. Our room was clean and breakfast was included. It's close to the tram and bus station, and taxis are around the hotel area all the time.

The room was clean and quiet, and the location made it easy to get to Oran Centre. We had a lovely stay, with very good service from friendly, supportive staff. Recommended.
