The rooms are right beside the street, so it's extremely loud, especially if you're traveling with little kids. We had to stay because everything else was booked, and had reserved 2 rooms for our two families. There was trouble with parking as soon as we arrived: the woman running the hotel said only 1 car could stay there, and we had to leave the other in a garage many blocks away. The sheets were dirty, with blood stains. Don't stay here.

Traffic noise was bad, and the bathroom was like a swamp.

The woman who runs this place is so helpful and kind. She's extraordinary. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Parking and breakfast are about three blocks from the hotel, though that wasn't a big issue for me. The staff were polite and the service was good. We had enough room for two, and the bed was very comfortable, but our couple's room was in a noisy spot and we woke up several times overnight. I found the bathroom setup odd: the floor is one continuous space, so water leaks out. A closed shower enclosure would make it more comfortable.

The parking area was really spacious, and the owner was very helpful.
