Xavier and the crew were fantastic, knew the area well, and had great recommendations. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the showers were HOT. There’s a museum across the street, and it’s only a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

The hostel was clean, with good rooms, just outside the city center. The volunteers were really friendly and helpful. They’d made too much popcorn and even gave us some for free. Breakfast was included at the cafe next door, and it was delicious too.

I dropped in for breakfast on my way to the museum, and the food was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, avocado toast with sautéed veggies, fruit juice, and coffee were all included. The pineapple juice was the best I’ve ever had. Lovely service, too!

We were so comfortable that we ended up staying a week. The showers were the best we’d had in 7 months of travelling. There’s free tea and coffee all day, a roof terrace, and good, cheap laundry service. The hostel was clean and modern, with friendly, helpful staff, a well equipped kitchen, and bright, airy communal areas. Great location and facilities. No negatives from me :)
