Once you're inside, the city traffic feels far away, and the whole property is super clean. It's not expensive, and some rooms have balconies where you can enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. There are plenty of nearby places to eat. If you don't feel like going out, ask the front desk associate to suggest somewhere and perhaps order food for you. The staff are friendly and willing to accommodate guest requests, so just ask if you have a specific need. I'd recommend this place to anyone spending time in Guayaquil who wants to stick to a budget.

A safe place with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed, within walking distance of Guayaquil centre, santa ana, and the lively downtown. Handy for a night or two.

The room was comfortable and seemed clean, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes when I arrived. It was advertised as a hotel-hostel, yet after I checked in, a man asked me the price for a "little while." I realized it also operates as a motel, which I found unpleasant, but I'd already paid. The colored LED lights in my room made me even more suspicious it was used as a motel too. The area seemed relatively safe by day, but after 7 pm it felt rough, with homeless people, prostitution on the corners, and a park that felt dangerous. I didn't want to go out at night. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. I reported it in the morning, and they were able to fix it, but I had to open the balcony door to get any sleep. Since it's on a busy street, there was a lot of noise in the mornings even with the balcony door closed. I woke up several times, though I'm usually a heavy sleeper. I'd rather pay a little more and stay nearer the Malecón.

I felt safe the whole time, and the free coffee was a nice bonus for starting the day. The Wi-Fi signal stayed excellent throughout my stay, so I could work without interruptions. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and professional. Rooms and common areas were spotless, and it's clear they take cleanliness seriously. I loved staying here and highly recommend it if you're visiting Guayaquil.

The rooms are lovely and have everything you need, and the internet was perfectly fast. It’s a really nice place, close by for me, with incredible service.
