We got in late, and Alex was there to welcome us. He gave us great ideas for things to do, and the coffee was delicious. The views were lovely too.

The bed was really comfortable, and there’s a big kitchen with a fridge. Breakfast is served by the pool; the selection’s small, but what they brought out tasted good. Our room was spacious, though the bathroom felt a little small by comparison. The place sits right in the historic part of Las Pen̈as, near Santa Ana and Malecon. Evenings can be noisy, but I’d happily recommend staying here.

The view was fantastic, and breakfast was nice. Getting around by transport took a bit of effort, though it was manageable. Staff were friendly and the service was good, and the clean rooms were great value for the price.

We spent a lovely time here in Guayaquil. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were courteous and accommodating, and our room was clean. It’s right in the historic district, with several tourist sights an easy walk away. Highly recommend!
