I picked up something I'd left in my room Teo days later. The front desk had kept it safe for me, and the service was attentive.

The parking garage was the one rough part: its entrance and exit are so steep that I wasn't sure my SUV would make it out. It took three guys to get it up. The rest was a relief after getting lost in central Loja at night in a rental car, exhausted, without WiFi or a clue what to do. I spotted the Zamorano Real, double-parked, and rushed inside. The staff took over from there and were great. My room was very comfortable, the bathroom was up to date, and both WiFi and breakfast were good and free. It cost a little more than I usually pay, but didn't feel overpriced.

The rooms are really spacious, and on weeknights the place is virtually silent. Everyone working there was lovely. Everywhere I went in the hotel looked pleasing, with good lighting and very clean.

A handy central location close to everything, and the rates are very affordable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and customer service was great. A good choice for a trip to Loja, whether you're there for business or pleasure.

The restaurant food is good, and the price is very reasonable. It's still the best hotel value in Loja for me.
