The rooftop breakfast area had an even better view than our room, and breakfast was enjoyable there. We chose this hotel for its location and it delivered. We first booked an interior room, then asked about upgrading to an ocean-view one. They could accommodate us, and the little balcony overlooking the harbor was a delight, especially after dark. The room and decor were simple and modern. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the shower had hot water and strong pressure, easily the best of the four hotels we stayed in across the Galapagos. We were central to the port's main drag, so I worried about noise, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were friendly, and the shop next door was well stocked. I also spent twenty minutes in the massage chair, which loosened some knots from all our activities. We'd absolutely stay again.

We were really pleased with the stay and the great views. Right by the pier where tours and transport depart, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a shop attached, so anything you need is just steps away.

The advice we received about tours was misleading: management assured us we didn't need to book ahead, but by the time we arrived, nothing was available. Traveling all the way to the Galápagos and then being unable to do anything because of poor advice and planning was completely unacceptable. We had to leave and find another hotel because of the room. There was no window, unlike what the pictures suggested, and it felt dark, enclosed, and thoroughly uncomfortable. Arriving in the Galápagos only to deal with that caused major stress. This place shouldn't be considered a hotel, and I strongly warn others against staying here.

We had a great three-night stay, and the location is hard to beat. The rooms were spacious, with everything we needed and lovely ocean views. Max was especially helpful, taking time to share snorkeling suggestions that we enjoyed. The staff were friendly, and up on the patio we could take in the view with coffee and a hot breakfast. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

After a day out at sea or exploring the Galapagos highlands, it was lovely to return here. The room had a balcony facing the sea, air conditioning, a humidifier, and a nice ensuite bathroom with toiletries, including conditioner, plus a hairdryer. Great location. They also have a lovely shop selling snacks, clothes, and hot and cold drinks.
