It's an affordable, family-owned hotel close to the main historic sites, clubs, and restaurants. The crew helps with whatever you need, and there's also a restaurant and other services on-site.

There was no hot water in the shower. The crew kept making us wait for 2 hours, each time saying there'd be hot water in 20 minutes. They didn't offer compensation or do anything more to help. The rooms were also dirty and noisy.

We stayed 5 nights and warmly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the attached restaurant was nice, and everything was very clean. It's close to the colonial city center, museums, churches, and other sights. WiFi was available.
