It took me a while to write this, but my family and I really enjoyed our time in Ecuador. The neighborhood was nice, and the hotel staff were friendly and very professional. This hotel was amazing, I totally recommend it.

The location in safe Riobamba was a plus, but otherwise this felt like a pretty average hotel. The walls are very thin, there’s no shared area to spend time with other guests, and we found stains on the comforters, though not on the sheets.

The building and furniture are new, and our room was large, with a sofa. It was very clean and quiet, breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly.
