They added a $5 cleaning charge, even though cleaning is supposed to come with the stay. The service was terrible. 😡😡😡

Lunch came almost an hour late, and breakfast, starting at €5.50, had to be split between two groups because the restaurant couldn’t seat all 26 of us at once. We also had a room problem with our reservation, but staff didn’t help sort it out and only offered to move us to a room with a sofa bed. Terrible service.

Good facilities and everything was tidy. The rates were good for our three days, and it’s near the lagoon. It’s also close to both the bus terminal and the city center, in Riobamba’s entertainment area.
