For a low price, the rooms are fairly large, and the staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly. But despite being called "Luxury Suits" on booking, these are only okay, nowhere near luxurious. I’d say they’re suitable for one night, and that’s about it. The shower drains were broken and taped up, the furniture was basic, and there were stains in the fridge that I couldn’t identify. There were kitchen supplies, though I personally wouldn’t eat the hotel-provided cornflakes from a jar shared with previous guests. The elevator is tiny, basic, and looks about half a century old.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and generally nice. Check-in was difficult in my case, but one call got it sorted within a minute.

It was quiet, not far from the old city, and the apartment was clean with a good bed. We liked how easy it was to communicate with the owner.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. The low price made things seem okay at first, but on the second day the person in the next room threatened to beat my husband up. He didn’t speak Estonian, and the man was clearly on drugs. I know that wasn’t the owner’s fault, but I still wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

There’s no reception, and getting hold of the owner was a huge hassle. After we left, he stopped answering our calls. We’d paid, but the room was disgusting; there were no other rooms when we asked to switch, and they wouldn’t refund us. We just left. I don’t recommend this hotel.
