Bedouin Castle Hotel & Safari

The food was good in both portion size and quality, and the rooms were a good size. There’s a lovely backyard, too. The most interesting part for me was hearing about the hotel owner, Erin, an American Archeologist who fell in love with the area and settled there in 2004. The hotel opened in 2012.

You can sit in a local tent and spend the evening with mint black tea, which made for an unforgettable night. The place is very clean and quiet, with a lovely view over endless date palms. The staff are kind and helpful. I liked it a lot and recommend it.

From the hotel terrace you can see the whole oasis and the palm farms, which make a beautiful view. The staff are friendly and very respectful. The food is delicious, with a distinctive mix of Egyptian dishes and Bedouin flavor.

I love this place. It’s quiet, feels very secure, and has an amazing view. The staff are respectful, service is appreciated, and the food is great in both quality and quantity. People are friendly, and the hotel is close to the marketplace. I’d give it three stars because it needs updates, some renovations, and more amenities. It’s a very clean hotel for a three-star place.
