Aswan Nile Palace

We spent two nights at Nile Palace, and the staff were wonderful throughout. On checkout day, Ayman spent the whole morning helping us sort everything out and book what we needed so we could travel safely and carry on with our trip. Bishap and Mostafa were also a great help. I wish the rating went beyond five stars, because the team deserves ten. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

The rooftop is where you want to be at sunset. The Nile Valley view from the terrace is wonderful, and the hotel sits up high. Our rooms were super clean, and the service was the best we’ve had in Egypt. Rafeeq and Bisho kept checking whether we needed anything or had suggestions, always with a genuine smile. We’d come back for that alone. There’s free laundry, and a security person is always near the main entrance, which made us feel safe even around midnight. The hotel isn’t too far from the Nubian Museum. We walked to the Nile corniche, about 1.5 km away, and took a cab or auto on the way back.

The rooftop patio has a great view of the Nile River, and the hotel was clean with drinking water easy to get. Mustafa took care of our laundry and was a real help with anything we needed. Great staff, a true gem.

We were a couple, but our room had four beds, so there was loads of space. It was clean, too, and the view was great. The place is excellent value for money, and I’d happily stay again. Mostafa, the housekeeper, was very kind and gave us a thorough introduction to the guesthouse.
