Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland Resort

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms and service, and the food is unreal. Everyone was welcoming. Mina Akram, Amir, and Albert were my favorites, such lovely people. Just be careful around the animators, some of them aren’t as they seem…

We’ve used the hotel twice this year as a base for scuba trips, returning after about 15 years, when it was a 3 corners resort. It’s a good value and we’ll stay again. The location is a bit far from Naama, about a 40-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride for egp150. Staff across housekeeping, restaurants, bars, and customer relations were excellent. The catering managers were always around, and the hotel manager seemed to pop up everywhere too. There was a different food theme each night, and we always found something we liked. Three a-la-cartes, Italian, Indian, and seafood, are available, with one visit to each per stay. We didn’t use the aqua park, though it seemed popular. We stayed on the quieter Premier side; most daytime activities were on the Parkland side. Evening entertainment was music or dance shows, and the animation team was enthusiastic. One downside was seeing some guests pile food onto their plates and tables, then leave much of it, or ignore the tongs and use their fingers.

The GR team made us feel welcome every day and really looked after us. Kelly, Caroline, gana and aicha, thank you all so much. The hotel has beautiful scenery, great food, and amazing staff.

I stayed at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland from 25th Jan 2025 to 30th Jan 2026 in Room 4410. Cleanliness was impeccable in my room, the dining area, and common spaces, which staff kept tidying and sanitizing. That attention to hygiene gave me peace of mind. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented throughout, from breakfast buffets to evening dinners. Mina Akrahm at reception welcomed me with a genuine smile and made check-in easy. He patiently explained the resort amenities and shared useful local tips. In the dining area, Yousef quickly topped up drinks and anticipated what I needed. He and Mina were attentive without hovering, and their cheerful banter made meals fun. The staff made me feel that a good guest experience mattered, and these three in particular made my stay special. I highly recommend Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland and hope to return soon.
