The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Housekeeping were great, though I can't remember their names. We also appreciated the small touches, like comfy beach beds and chairs, fun swings, and nice places for photos. Staff were professional and decent, and since we were celebrating our anniversary, they arranged some lovely surprises. The animation team and night parties were so much fun, we never got bored. I was nervous about the beach after reading that it was rocky, and it is, but beach shoes made it enjoyable. There's also a marina where you can get past the rocks and dive into the clear water. I'm usually not a pool person, but I loved the adults' semi-infinity pool overlooking the beach. The other pool looked clean too, and I saw it being cleaned carefully. Breakfast, dinner, and desserts were great. Food and drinks from the hotel on the beach were surprisingly affordable and delicious. They also have a pest control team working on the Sokhna flies, which are an ongoing problem for visitors there, and they seem to be managing it. The restaurant could use a few extra staff on busy days. It wasn't bad, but could be a little better. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back.
