Falcon Naama Star Hotel

The cleaning staff were the highlight of our stay, especially Ahmed, who goes above and beyond. There was one or two nice receptionists, but one receptionist in particular didn't understand a word of English. In my opinion, they have no business working reception in a hotel with mostly English customers. We had two rooms and paid to keep one until 5pm, when our transfer was due. With the coach outside, my partner and friend were getting the luggage from the room we'd kept for the day. The receptionist was asking me where the key card was for the room we'd checked out of at 10am. I told him I'd given it to him seven hours earlier, when we checked out, but he didn't understand at all and argued with me while our transfer was literally outside. Apart from that awful reception service, the hotel was standard 3 star. Pay extra for a balcony unless you want to feel like you're in a dungeon, with a window opening onto the main corridor. The food has no variation, so you'll get bored quickly, and a lot of the meat looks very unappealing.

The animation team brought a lot of fun to the stay. They ran pool games, water aerobics, volleyball and little competitions every day, and invited people to join without being pushy. The rooms were comfortable, the beds nice, and the air conditioning worked well in the hot weather. Housekeeping came daily and left fresh towels. The hotel was clean and well organized, and I had a great time here.

The animation team kept both adults and kids entertained with activities throughout the day and good evening shows. They really helped make our vacation special. The rooms, restaurant and pool area were all spotless, and the hotel clearly takes hygiene seriously. Staff were welcoming, helpful and always smiling. We enjoyed every moment and would happily come back.

Mohamed El-Sayed deserves special thanks for being professional, kind and so helpful during my stay. His care and attention to detail made an already comfortable visit even better. Everything was organized well, and I truly enjoyed my time at Naama Star Hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality. I’d gladly recommend the hotel.
