The rooms were quiet and clean, and the night receptionist, Hasan, I think that was his name, was really kind and helpful. The hotel is central and close to the subway, although the building itself is in poor condition. I might choose it again if I return to Cairo.

For the price, this was a great place to stay in a lively area like Downtown, and breakfast was included. Everyone was lovely, from all four receptionists to the cooks, housekeepers, servers, and especially Mr Jalil. I love your candies too 😃🎉🥳. See you guys again soon!

The staff here are amazing, which made this one of the best 3 ⭐ hotels I’ve stayed at in Egypt. Rooms are simple, with hot showers and clean, comfortable beds. You can get hot drinks on the rooftop any time. Some rooms don’t have a fridge or safe, so ask if you need one. It’s a quiet little oasis amid the city bustle. The main mobile providers are all within a 300m walk or less, and WE is right by the front entrance, so getting a SIM for plenty of data is easy. There’s hotel Wifi, but the old building’s solid stone walls make the signal weak. I’d get a data SIM and enjoy the rooftop 😊

The rooms are great and very quiet, despite how the exterior looks. What really made our stay in Cairo exceed expectations was the incredible staff. We felt safe and well looked after the whole time. Atef, the owner, also runs a tour guide business and arranged several amazing custom tours for us at much better prices than we found elsewhere. The rest of the hotel staff were wonderful too. I’d stay here again if I return to Cairo. Thanks, Atef and everyone!
