Cairo Inn

The website photos don't match what I found. The hotel looks very worn down, the stairs and windows were dirty, and the rooms were dark and smelled bad. It felt like everything needed renovation and the neglect was hard to miss. There was construction on the roof at night, with frightening noise that lasted a while. They could have warned us. I thought it was an earthquake. Getting a cappuccino at breakfast took nearly an hour. There were lots of boys behind the counter, but it wasn't clear who worked there, and no one made the coffee, just gave excuses. The floor was dirty too. Maybe it's the employees' attitude, but if breakfast starts at 8, please have the coffee machine ready then. It left me with a very bad impression of the local work culture.

We chose the deluxe double room because we liked how it looked, but the staff gave us a different one. It was really small and had no city view. Such a shame, and they should have asked us first.

The room and the place were great, with just a few things needing attention. The toilet ventilation isn't enough, and a leak left the floor soaked overnight. The air conditioner was loud and didn't work very well. Breakfast took too long to prepare even though all the items were packaged, store-bought food.

A lovely hotel close to all the tourist spots, with excellent service. For the price, the service is the best. Thank you, you're a great example of tourism in Egypt.
