The staff made this stay special. They were genuinely kind and attentive, and kept going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a spacious three-bedroom hotel apartment that was beautifully kept, with a large, comfortable living room where the family could relax together. The balcony looked over the Nile River, and the sunset view was unforgettable. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for the comfort, views and service.

We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come again. The staff were friendly and handled the hospitality professionally. There was also a lovely, well-organized pool event that we really enjoyed.

The apartment was beautiful, especially the 350-square-meter one, and the design is very good even though the rooms are old. It’s lovely to watch the sunset from the balcony. The employees were respectful, the place was clean throughout, and breakfast was nice. Valet parking costs 250 pounds.

Huge apartments and a perfect location. The pool is on the fifth floor, and the staff were great. A really good hotel.
