The room was the worst part. The carpet had stains, the sheets didn't feel clean, and there was visible mold around the shower. The air conditioning barely worked, so it was stuffy and uncomfortable all night. Noise from the hall and neighboring rooms made a good night's sleep nearly impossible. When we raised these issues, the staff seemed uninterested and brushed us off instead of helping. For what we paid, I expected basic cleanliness and decent service. Things felt wrong from the moment we arrived, and I honestly regret booking here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable stay. There are better places for the same price.

It was quiet, and our five-day stay was perfect. The hotel made my first trip to Egypt unforgettable. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and our spotless room had a breathtaking side view of the Nile. We never got tired of looking at it. Breakfast had loads of variety. A gentleman, perhaps a manager, came around with a “Quote of the Day.” He was welcoming, funny, and wise, a delightful way to begin the morning. Beautiful people and an immaculate place made this feel like a dream stay. We'll recommend it to everyone and hope to return.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade when we arrived. The service stood out even more. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and attentive, and the smooth check-in and thoughtful touches showed care throughout the stay. Nahla from guest services was especially helpful when she resolved our problem with a cancelled flight. We felt welcome and well looked after. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily stay again.

The smell of cigarettes was noticeable everywhere, including in our room, so that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel in Zamalek. The whole team was smiling and great, and Fatma and the others did a good job cleaning our room. Hazem looked after us from beginning to end and showed a high level of professionalism. Nahla also helped locate my missing luggage and, over four days, made sure it was delivered to the hotel.

I was in a spacious apartment on the 21st floor, with a beautiful view. The fitness area was very good, breakfast was tasty with lots to choose from, and everything was clean and well maintained. The smiling, helpful team made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Special thanks to Ms. Farida El Sawy for helping me with several things during my stay. Highly recommended.
