I only went to the cafeteria, not the hotel, and was impressed by the helpful, professional staff and welcoming feel. It's a quiet, elegant place for a personal meeting or remote work, and a perfect spot for a relaxing break in Heliopolis.

The AC didn't work in my room, and we found bed bugs in two rooms on floors 3 and 4. The hotel is old and the carpets are dirty. I didn't like it at all. It's close to the pyramids, but think twice or check your room before sleeping.

Hanen was especially wonderful, and the staff were friendly and ready to help throughout. I also really enjoyed the restaurant, which had a delicious range of Egyptian dishes. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Egypt.

When another hotel canceled my reservation, receptionist ahmad najjar quickly helped me get a room. Everyone was welcoming and the service was excellent. I’d gladly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a real highlight, an easy 10/10. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the team was professional. Triumph Plaza Hotel is also well placed for either work or a holiday. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.
