The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. I got a good breakfast for free, the bed was clean, and the air-conditioning worked fine. It felt like good value for the money. But there was traffic noise and honking all night. They also don't allow alcohol or outside purchases in the room, and outside guests aren't allowed either. I'd give it four stars.

The weak internet was a problem, and when I asked about it, reception said it was because the hotel is managed by the military. The front desk staff were rude and the service was poor. I left feeling that even basic comfort and hospitality hadn't been met, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I visited from India on a trip and had a beautiful stay. The restaurant food was very good, especially for vegetarians, and the service was good too. My room looked out over the pool, with a view of the live concert, and the staff were nice. It's right in the middle of the city.

The location was great and breakfast was good, but my room wasn't clean. The bathroom smelled, and the towels had a smoky, rotten smell.

The café had tasty food at very reasonable prices, and the live singing on Thursdays and Fridays made for a nice atmosphere. I also got a late check-out and an upgrade to a free room without asking. The staff were kind and professional, especially Ms. Menna at reception, who was so helpful and polite. Great hospitality and service, highly recommended.
