Mar Charbel Hotel Cairo

Cairo vista restaurant was superb. We ate there three nights, and the osso bucca and steak deserve a special mention. The restaurant manager was attentive and knew the menu well, the service was exceptional, and it was great value too. The hotel service was just as friendly and helpful. Everyone was great, especially all the reception staff, Joe and olfat. I can highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

We came back to the hotel two days before leaving, and the staff cheerfully kept our luggage with no extra charge. The rooftop restaurant on the 13th floor has a nice vibe if you're looking to have some fun. The hotel is close to Cairo's shopping area, with About tareek 10 minutes away and El khanini market 15 minutes by cab. I'd love to stay here again if I come back. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the linen was tidy, and the beds comfortable. They can also provide a tasty breakfast box if you want to head out early for a trip.

The restaurant on the 13th floor had excellent food and magnificent views, and we were able to relax in a comfortable room. We spent five nights at the hotel in central Cairo, which made it easy to get around. The service was excellent, especially from Michael and Olfat at the front desk and Mr. Basem, the restaurant manager. Thanks so much for the hospitality and service!

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the waiters were quick and courteous. Reception was also a real bright spot, especially Alison and Joe, who were polite, helpful, and professional. We stayed three nights in late January 2026. The hotel was noisy enough to disturb my sleep several times, as I'm a light sleeper. They kindly moved us to another room, which improved things a little.
