Breakfast had plenty of choices, and when I asked for Egyptian Meshaltet that wasn't on the buffet, Chef Omar made sure I got fresh, delicious layered feteer. Vintage Arabic music also brought back sweet memories of Egypt's past. Safwat & Abdel Rahman looked after me and my daughters like royalty, and Moataz and Tawfik from Front office welcomed us warmly and showed us around when we arrived. The housekeeper who made up our beds was so thoughtful, bringing everything we asked for and more. The hotel itself feels like an art museum, full of elegant little details. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, and the beds and pillows made for restful sleep after the beach. I loved the warm water in the spa pool, and being able to adjust the steam room and sauna temperature. The showers had quality hair products, and the Dyson hair dryer was a lovely extra. I came to Marassi for the beach and atmosphere, but now this place will be near the top of our Egypt destinations every vacation.

The treatments left us relaxed and feeling rejuvenated, so we'll definitely return and recommend the place to friends. Ibrahim at the front desk made a great first impression, greeting us with a smile, explaining everything, and helping us choose treatments. The spa has a cozy, calming feel, with thoughtful interior details, pleasant music, and lovely scents. The staff were attentive and polite, and the service felt high quality.

Moataz and Hassan were warm, professional, and attentive to the details. They went out of their way to make my stay smooth and enjoyable, and their dedication reflects well on the resort's standards. The property is lovely, well maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere with outstanding service.

Ibrahim at the spa made it a relaxing, memorable experience through his care, warm manner, and attention to detail. Coach Mohamed brought energy to every gym session, always attentive, motivating, and knowledgeable. Their service and professionalism really lifted our stay, and they're a credit to the hotel. We appreciate their hospitality.
