The location made it easy to get around, and the room was very clean and well cared for. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, always ready to help and making us feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

We felt completely at home at Royal Crown Hotel Cruise. Manager Ali and his son, little Ali, were always there when we needed help and treated us like their own daughters. Receptionist Ali and driver Ahmed were just as kind and warm. The hotel was clean and well organized, and the breakfast was delicious. Now that we're on our way back to Albania, we're sad to leave and will miss the whole place, especially the staff. Their hospitality made the trip special and left us speechless.

We had a room with a direct view of Khufu pyramid, and it was clean and well maintained. The location is near the Pyramid, and the service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and looked after guests like family. I'd recommend giving this hotel a try for a taste of Egyptian hospitality.

I booked three nights at Royal Crown Hotel Giza Pyramid View through Booking.com, paying USD 67 (2987 EGP) for a more expensive room because I wanted a comfortable stay. But on arrival, they took me to Rafif Pyramids View Hotel, in an alley, where Booking.com listed rooms for 425 EGP a night. The towels there were dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed, and I waited an hour before they sorted things out. The manager said a nearby concert meant they had no rooms available. I had already reserved, but at 10 PM I had no real choice but to stay. I was put in the same room for all three nights, with no cleaning during my stay, and had to ask for water and toilet paper. At breakfast, the waiter offered orange juice without saying it cost extra. It was USD 2.5, clearly more than the market price. I've met many kind, friendly people in Egypt, but this hotel's dishonest practices made me very uncomfortable.
