Zayed Hotel & Restaurant

I found the place clean and safe, and the people were so kind and welcoming. When I decided I’d rather stay at another hotel with my friend, they refunded as much as they could. I really recommend staying here.

My family and I felt welcome the whole time, and the hotel’s “Come as guests and leave as friends” motto really fit our stay. The reception team were especially helpful, arranging taxis and tours, and the service throughout was excellent. The rooms were clean and nice, though the bathroom could use a more effective extractor fan to clear smells faster. Breakfast was better than I expected, and I enjoyed the buffet and service. A little menu variation from one day to another would make it even better.

The location suited me and the staff were kind and helpful, but I won’t stay here again. Music from live performances carries clearly into the room every single day until 2 or 3 am, and I’m listening to it even as I write this. It leaves me feeling that guest comfort isn’t being taken seriously. The rooms themselves were also extremely old and dirty.

Good value for a cheap option, and the location is perfect. But it’s noisy all the time, with a rooftop bar and two nightclubs in the next building. I couldn’t sleep well at all.
